Kenosha Public Museum - Dino Talk! by Tyler Keillor

On Friday November 27, I'll be speaking in Wisconsin at the Kenosha Public Museum for the grand opening of a new temporary exhibit, "Dinosaurs Take Flight: The Art of Archaeopteryx".

While I'm not a part of this traveling exhibition, which features the work of other paleoartists from around the world,  as a (relatively) local paleoartist I was nevertheless asked to come for the opening and present on the topic of designing and building dinosaur models for museums.  The day will include lots of free family friendly dino activities planned by the museum, which is also free!

Hope to see you there!

Digital Art in Paleontology - online webinar by Tyler Keillor

I am honored to be collaborating with UArtsy as I lead a webinar called "Digital Art in Paleontology",  streaming live on March 28 and 29, 2015.  This will be a weekend immersive course, where I'll discuss the connection between art and science historically, the modern tools available today, traditional and digital paleoart, and so on.  The course will also be available on-demand after the live broadcast.
